David L. Powell is the founder of Law Offices of David L. Powell, PLLC, specializing in criminal defense, divorce, child custody, and personal injury. He grew up in Northeast Arkansas, attended Arkansas State University for his B.A. in English, and received an academic scholarship to Barry University for law school, completing his final year at UALR in Little Rock.
