David M. Spillane

David Spillane was born in Quincy, where he currently resides. He was the middle child of seven children growing up in Dorchester. He is a 1975 cum laude graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, having earned a degree in Mortuary Science. He is also a 1977 cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston, majoring in Political Science.
