David R. Wagner Jr.

David Wagner is a lifelong resident of Upstate South Carolina with more than 33 years of experience in criminal prosecution. Over the course of his career, he has served as an Assistant Solicitor in Greenville and Anderson Counties, Deputy Solicitor for Oconee County, and most recently as Solicitor for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, covering Anderson and Oconee Counties, from 2017 to 2025.
