Nick Lavery

Nick Lavery is a native of South Carolina and has lived and worked in Clemson for twenty years. He has worked for the 13th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office (Greenville and Pickens Counties) and the 10th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office (Anderson and Oconee Counties). As an Assistant Solicitor, Nick prosecuted a wide range of cases from murders to drug charges to traffic offenses. He graduated from Furman University, Suffolk University School of Law, and Mississippi College School of Law.
