About David

David S. Katz is a nationally recognized DUI Defense Expert and a founding partner of Katz & Phillips, P.A. He is one of only four Board Certified DUI Defense experts in Florida and a Senior DUI Defense Specialist. He serves on the Board of Directors and as a Faculty member of the National College for DUI Defense, teaching other lawyers nationwide. A former Assistant State Attorney and DUI/Intoxilyzer Lead Attorney, he has authored or co-authored nine books on DUI Defense. His practice focuses on DUI defense and firearms cases.
