James Phillips is a founding partner of Katz & Phillips and an experienced trial attorney specializing in criminal defense, particularly DUI Defense and major felonies. He is Board Certified in DUI Defense by the National College for DUI Defense. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and Mississippi College School of Law, he previously served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting over 3,000 cases.
