David S. Pallai is a partner with over twenty years of extensive trial and litigation experience in State Supreme Court and Federal District Court. He defends complex litigation cases with catastrophic exposure, including medical, hospital, dental, and nursing home malpractice, school and municipal law, product liability, labor law, construction, automobile and premises liability, and insurance coverage issues. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bar, and U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
