About Kathleen

Kathleen M. Dillon is a partner and trial attorney representing crime victims, civil litigants, and criminal defendants throughout New York State in Trial and Appellate Courts. She has been teaching with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy since 1999 and taught trial advocacy at Hofstra University School of Law. She served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County and later focused on civil practice, handling catastrophic injury cases, construction accidents, products liability, medical/dental malpractice, toxic torts, sexual abuse, elder abuse, municipal defense, and premises liability. She received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996.
