David F. Shirley is a partner focusing on business law and contracts, municipal law, real estate matters, wills and trusts, and commercial litigation. He serves as City Attorney for Burley and represents other local governmental entities. David earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University in 1995 and his law degree from the University of Idaho in 1998. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Idaho and is an active member of the Idaho State Bar and the Idaho City Attorneys Association. He has served on the board for the Cassia County Health Care Foundation and Idaho Municipal Attorneys, Inc.
