Lance A. Loveland is a partner with the firm, advising clients in estate planning, family law, adoptions, business and real estate matters, commercial litigation, and employment law. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University and a law degree from The University of Idaho College of Law. Lance is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Idaho and is an active member of the Idaho State Bar. He has served on the Idaho Law Foundation Continuing Legal Education Committee, the Cassia County Health Care Foundation, 5th Judicial District Magistrate Committee, and as the Centennial President of the Burley Rotary Club. He is currently on a church mission and will not be taking new clients until summer 2028.
