About David
David Shivas is a partner with experience in a broad variety of practice areas, including business litigation, construction law, personal injury, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, and criminal defense. He has significant trial experience in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He represents construction clients, handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and works with small businesses and individuals in consumer fraud cases. In his criminal defense practice, he represents clients in Federal prosecutions and State/municipal courts. He also handles corporate law matters. He has been selected to the list of Super Lawyers for several years.
