Joseph's practice areas focuses on criminal defense, consumer fraud, civil litigation, employment law and municipal and county government and DUI/DWI law. Before entering private practice, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Paul W. Armstrong, J.S.C., in Somerville, N.J. As an advocate, he has appeared in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in civil and criminal matters. Joseph is Assistant Warren County Counsel and does some work as a Rockaway Township Public Defender and Dover Join Municipal Court Public Defender.
