DeeAnn L. Germany joined Burch & George in 1998 after receiving her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, becoming a partner in 2011 when the firm became Burch, George & Germany, P.C. Her practice focuses exclusively on personal injury, including medical-device and products liability, motor-vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and breaches of contracts. She achieved a verdict of over $1 million in a slip-and-fall case and a $1,025,000 verdict against an orthopedic medical-device manufacturer in 2007. She also negotiated a settlement for the family of a child killed in a tractor-trailer accident. She interned at the Juvenile Division of the Public Defender’s Office and worked pro bono with Oklahoma Lawyers for Children during law school. She is active in several bar organizations.
