About Diane
Diane Le is a litigation associate in the Complex Litigation and Class Action Department at The Sentinel Firm. With a focus on prosecuting complex wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA") representative actions, Ms. Le is committed to defending and upholding the rights of employees across various industries in both state and federal court. Ms. Le is a first-generation college graduate and lawyer. She is a zealous advocate of workers' rights and has demonstrated a continued commitment to support marginalized communities and those in need. Throughout her academic and legal career, Ms. Le has volunteered with various organizations whose mission is to empower individuals and families impacted by gender-based violence, as well as organizations that support youth affected by gang violence and homelessness.
