Donald H. Zeigler III

Donald H. Zeigler III, known as Trey, is a native of West Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana College in 1997 with a B.A. in history and received his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, in 2004.
