Mr. Minassian's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, landlord tenant, mortgage financing, and land use/zoning. He also handles business formation and transactions, municipal court matters as a former public defender and assistant prosecutor, and prepares Wills, trusts, and administers estates.
