About Kenneth
Kenneth F. D’Amato received his Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After a clerkship, he has devoted his practice since 1991 to representing victims injured by negligence, including medical malpractice, automobile collisions, and defective products. He has achieved numerous six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements in Northern New Jersey courts. Mr. D'Amato is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and has served as a barrister in the Justice Robert L. Clifford American Inn of Courts and a member investigator of the District XI Ethics Committee.
