About Donna

Donna Peavler began her trial career while still in law school, trying and winning her first case as a third-year student. She has tried over 30 jury cases to verdict in Texas state and federal courts and has significant arbitration experience, particularly in nonsubscription. She mainly handles general-liability and nonsubscription cases, including wrongful-death, 18-wheeler crashes, premises liability, and products liability. She has received high ethical and legal-ability ratings and has a substantial appellate practice, including three victories before the Texas Supreme Court. She started her career at Jones Day, then founded her own firm in 2002, which now represents numerous Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She has accumulated over 100 summary judgments and received awards such as 'Go To' lawyer for Fortune 500 Companies, 'SuperLawyer', 'Top Lawyer', 'D Magazine Best Lawyer in Dallas', and a 'Lifetime Achievement Award' from Texas Lawyer.
