About Thomas

Tom handles injury defense litigation in general liability, nonsubscriber premises liability, and negligence cases. He has experience in state and federal court litigation, arbitration, and binding mediation. Prior to joining the firm, he gained trial experience in trucking defense and personal injury litigation, and also worked as a Plaintiff’s attorney. He is licensed in all four federal district courts of Texas.
