About Douglas
Douglas R. Kennedy graduated from Memphis State University, School of Law in 1984. He began his practice in Poplar Bluff in 1984 and has extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts, as well as administrative hearings. Doug is licensed to practice in all Missouri and Arkansas Courts, the Eastern and Western U.S. District Courts of Missouri, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a Past Member and Past Chair of the State of Missouri Coordinating Board for Higher Education, and a Past Board member of the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority.
