Mark A. Kennedy is the retired founding member of the firm. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia, School of Law in 1978 and began his practice in Poplar Bluff in 1979. Prior to his retirement, his primary areas of concentration were personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and criminal defense trial work.
