Douglas Sinars is a founding partner with Sinars Slowikowski LLC and has nearly 30 years of experience in civil litigation and appeals. He concentrates his practice in product liability, construction defect, professional liability, and toxic torts, including asbestos and talc litigation. Doug has tried four asbestos personal injury cases to verdict in Illinois and secured a directed verdict in St. Louis. He has significant appellate experience and has obtained several benchmark rulings which have shaped the course of asbestos litigation in Cook County.
