Dov Goldman, a partner at Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, is a real estate practitioner, representing equity partners in joint venture transactions. Mr. Goldman has represented owners of real estate in a variety of sophisticated transactions, including acquisitions, developments and sale/leaseback transactions. Mr. Goldman has worked with clients ranging from REITs to shopping center developers. He has represented borrowers and lenders in conduit loans, construction loans and development transactions, involving, among other things, office buildings, shopping center developments, hotel developments, golf courses and condominium developments. Prior to joining Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Goldman was a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP and Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP.
