Elitza Z. Miltcheva

Elitza “Ellie” Z. Miltcheva grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria. She emigrated to the United States in 1995, and graduated from the College of Charleston (Charleston, South Carolina) in 1999 with a degree in political science (magna cum laude). She also studied Russian and French in college, which she speaks with some fluency whenever possible. Ellie attended Florida Coastal School of Law (Jacksonville, Florida) and graduated in 2010.
