Ellen A. Deaver is a trial lawyer and partner with Atwood Law, P.C., L.L.O., focusing on workers' compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. She holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected to America's Top 100 Attorneys® in 2017. Ellen is licensed in Nebraska state and federal courts, including the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has successfully represented clients before the Nebraska Supreme Court. She currently chairs the Workers' Compensation Section for the Nebraska State Bar Association.
