Emil L. Samuels joined Kelner and Kelner in 1991, focusing on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and municipal liability. He has successfully represented clients in State and Federal courts, written and argued appeals, and lectures on negligence topics. He obtained a $12.5 million verdict in Queens County for a bus accident and a $4 million verdict in NY County for a commercial van accident, among other significant recoveries. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a legislative assistant in the New York State Assembly.
