About Gail

Gail Kelner handles construction accident litigation, trucking accident cases, catastrophic injury cases, and other complex litigation, including appeals before the New York Court of Appeals. She has been involved in dozens of cases resulting in multi-million dollar recoveries, particularly in construction accident injury cases. She is a co-author of the Trial Practice column in the New York Law Journal and lectures on construction site litigation and personal injury law.
