About Emily

Emily E. McLaughlin, a Virginia native, graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in Government and magna cum laude from Pennsylvania State University Law School. She began her career as a prosecutor in Prince William County, focusing on narcotics and violent crime, and later worked for the Suffolk and Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Offices. Now at Parks Zeigler, she expands her practice to civil matters, including family law, and is an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
