About Erek
Erek was raised on his family’s century farm near Waterloo, Iowa. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and a law degree from the University of Iowa. He has represented clients in various courts, from juvenile to the Supreme Court of Iowa. His practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law. He is a member of several bar associations and has served on executive committees. He is actively involved in the North Liberty community, serving on the board of directors for the North Liberty Community Pantry and elected to the North Liberty City Council in 2021.
