About Eric
Eric Uhl has over 30 years of experience assisting employers and individuals in all areas of employment law and business related litigation. He has represented clients in employment-related claims before federal and state courts throughout the country and has particular experience in representing clients in litigation involving: wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, compensation and wage and hour issues, civil rights violations, unfair competition and trade secrets, restrictive covenant and non-competition agreement. In addition, Eric advises clients in intellectual property and trademark issues. Eric regularly advises clients in a wide-range of workplace and business issues, including hiring, discipline and discharge, leave issues, personnel policies and handbooks, wage and hour questions, trademarks and intellectual property, and severance agreements. Eric is a member of American Bar Association, Section of Labor & Employment Law; the Maine Trial Lawyers Association; the Maine State Bar Association; the Massachusetts Bar Association; and the State Bar of California. Eric has authored numerous articles on trending employment law topics and has lectured and taught extensively on employment related matters.
