About Eric

Eric Uhl has over 30 years of experience assisting employers and individuals in all areas of employment law and business related litigation. He has represented clients in employment-related claims before federal and state courts throughout the country and has particular experience in representing clients in litigation involving: wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, compensation and wage and hour issues, civil rights violations, unfair competition and trade secrets, restrictive covenant and non-competition agreement. In addition, Eric advises clients in intellectual property and trademark issues.
