Eric S. Kapnick is the former Principal and Immediate Past Managing Attorney for the Real Estate Practice Group, now serving as Counsel to the Firm., which includes the firm’s commercial and residential real estate, REO, and eviction practice areas. Eric also manages the firm’s human resources department.
