Philp A. Kahn is the Supervising Shareholder of the Collections Practice Group, which focuses on commercial and retail collections on behalf of creditors in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. A founding member of the firm, Mr. Kahn serves as the Supervising Shareholder of our Collections Practice Area, where he focuses a majority of his time. Outside of our collections practice, Mr. Kahn remains active in several of the firm’s other practice areas, including Creditors’ Rights, Litigation, and Real Estate.
