Erika L. Johnson is a third-generation Montanan who brings a breadth of litigation and transactional experience to Worden Thane. Her practice focuses on complex estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law, special needs planning, business formation, commercial transactions, real estate development, and tax planning. She earned her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 1997 and previously served as a judicial clerk for the Montana Supreme Court.
