Martin S. King has been a lawyer with Worden Thane for over 34 years, known for his high-energy and common-sense approach to legal matters. His practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, banking law, bankruptcy litigation, employment law, professional malpractice defense, and toxic tort litigation. He has tried cases in various Montana courts and has been lead counsel on numerous cases before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.
