About Erin
Erin M. Phillips became the owner of Unsell, Schattnik & Phillips, P.C. in 2022. She was previously named partner from 2013 to 2022. She first joined the firm as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney in 2006. Erin is originally from Wood River, Illinois, and resides in the Riverbend area with her husband, Scott, daughter, Adaline, and dog, Carl. Erin is the daughter of a retired auto worker. Her grandparents were veterans, dairy farmers, a school janitor, an auto parts store clerk, and a dry cleaner attendant. She is a first-generation lawyer who believes in fighting for working people such as her workers’ compensation clients that she assists and the firemen and policemen she defends. Erin enjoys spending her free time cycling, watching movies with her daughter, listening to her husband’s band, and soaking up the sun at a beach when she can. She is committed to causes such as Gateway Bike MS and the St. Louis ALS Walk.
