About Sarah
Sarah was born and raised in Central Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013 with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. Sarah moved to Southern Illinois and attended law school at Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois, and graduated in 2016 with a specialization in Business Transactional Law. Sarah joined Unsell, Schattnik & Phillips, P.C. as an associate in 2018. Sarah has tried and won several bench trials. She also has secured numerous settlements and judgments in her client’s favor. Sarah’s diligent legal research and discovery are assets to the firm. Sarah resides in the Metro-East area with her fiancé, Drew, her cat, and her dog. Sarah enjoys spending her free time training and trialing her dog, Lucy, in various dog sports.
