About Evan
Evan Brown is the newest associate attorney in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O’Neill, focusing his practice on motor vehicle accidents and work-related accidents. Evan was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College. Evan was a collegiate athlete on the wrestling team and a member of the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisor Committee. Evan worked part-time as a law clerk at Kimmel Carter while earning his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School where he was a member of the Student Bar Association, Transactional Law Honor Society, Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and the Winner of the 2022 Annual ADR Negotiation Competition. We are happy to have Evan on our team to pursue his passion of helping injured individuals as an attorney at Kimmel Carter.
