Farah was born in Amman, Jordan, and spent most of her life in Louisiana. She graduated from LSU with a Marketing degree and earned her Juris-Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. She clerked at the 19th Judicial District Court and served as a staff attorney. Farah is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association, and volunteers with the Teen Court organization.
