FRANCIS J. COLLINS co-founded Collins Hannafin, P.C. and became Of Counsel in 2018. Mr. Collins previously served as counsel to the Ridgefield Planning and Zoning Commission and the Ridgefield Inland Wetlands Commissions and as the Town Attorney for the Town of Brookfield from 2004 to 2010. He published “Planning and Zoning in Connecticut” in Connecticut Real Property Law, a textbook for attorneys.
