THOMAS W. BEECHER practices in the areas of Land Use, Zoning, Municipal Law, Civil Litigation, and Appellate Practice. Mr. Beecher is often counsel to other firm members in zoning litigation and appellate matters. Mr. Beecher began his law career in 1983 as a law clerk to the Honorable T.
