About Frank
Frank J. Dolce, founding partner of Dolce Panepinto, was the son of an industrial pipefitter and a waitress, instilling in him a strong work ethic. He worked on an engine plant assembly line and as a public liaison for the U.S. Department of Labor to fund his education, graduating with honors from the University at Buffalo. He was a founding member of WNYCOSH, helping draft New York's 'Right to Know' laws. For 25 years, he represented workers and their families in civil litigation, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, ERISA, and OSHA compliance. He passed away in 2016.
