Marc C. Panepinto grew up in Tonawanda, worked his way through college as a Local 210 Laborer, and earned a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations. He has dedicated 20 years to fighting insurance companies and dangerous construction contractors on behalf of injured workers, specializing in construction litigation. He has represented over 600 union and non-union construction workers.
