Frank J. Niemiec

Frank J. Niemiec graduated from King's College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania in 1968 with a BA in History. In 1973 he graduated from the University of Toledo where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. While at the University of Toledo, he was a member of the law review. Frank engaged in the practice of law in the Towanda area starting in 1973. From 1976 to 1979 he was the Bradford County Assistant District Attorney.
