Mark W. Smith

Mark W. Smith was born in Hackensack, New Jersey in 1957. He graduated from Moravian College with a BA in 1979. Mark received a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law. He served as a law clerk in Indiana County, Pennsylvania for one year after law school. From 1983 through 1985 Mark served as the Assistant District Attorney for Bradford County.
