Frank N. Paganie

Attorney Paganie is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, Attorney Paganie earned a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law.
