Attorney Paganie is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, Attorney Paganie earned a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law. He has litigated criminal cases, including homicide, to trial, and argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. For his criminal defense work, Attorney Paganie has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star. Attorney Paganie is also the solicitor for the Borough of Patterson Heights, the Township of Raccoon and the Pennsylvania Finance Authority. Attorney Paganie was selected by Pennsylvania Bar Association as one of ten young lawyers from across the Commonwealth as a member of its Bar Leadership Institute Class from July 2017 - May 2018. In addition, he is an active member of the Beaver County Bar Association. Attorney Paganie joined MUTJ as an associate attorney in August of 2018. Presently, in addition to his primary practice areas of Criminal Law and Municipal Law, Attorney Paganie focuses his practice on Personal Injury Law.
