Attorney Kelly Tocci has 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, litigating all types of personal injury claims such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, injuries to children, food poisoning, and wrongful death claims. Attorney Tocci also handles insurance bad faith claims under the Pennsylvania Bad Faith Statute recovering punitive damages, interest, and attorneys fees for clients whose insurance benefits were wrongfully withheld. In addition to litigation and trial work, her experience includes appellate practice before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, and Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Attorney Tocci is a past President of the Beaver County Bar Association, member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor achieved in light of several million dollar recoveries, obtained for her clients.
