Francis Paul (Frank) Suraci received his B.L.S. and M.A.H.S. degrees from St. Edward’s university in Austin, Texas and his J.D. degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Suraci has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 2007. He is also licensed to practice in Texas and the District of Columbia Bar and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association as well. In addition, Mr. Suraci has experience in the field of computer technology.
