About Gabriel

Gabriel P. Harvis is known for his rigorous and innovative litigation style, representing factually innocent plaintiffs in federal and state wrongful conviction claims. He co-chairs EEP’s Civil Rights Division, supervising constitutional cases involving government misconduct. He has handled over 350 civil rights actions and successfully argued before the Second Circuit. He also teaches civil rights law and is a member of the board of the Friends of Washington Market Park.
