About Garrett
Garrett Simpson focuses his practice on transportation related litigation matters in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Garrett assists clients in commercial litigation, including business disputes. Additionally, Garrett works in Moseley Marcinak’s insurance coverage practice area, providing coverage opinions and representing insurers in coverage litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Garrett handled consumer litigation and medical malpractice defense matters in Greenville. While in law school, Garrett served as the Managing Editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
