About Gary

For the past 30 years, Gary L. Black's practice has primarily been devoted to representing employees in workers' compensation matters, handling hundreds of cases before Workers' Compensation Judges throughout central Pennsylvania. He focused his law school studies on workers' compensation, employment, and labor law issues, influenced by his father's lifelong membership in the Teamsters' Union. He is a long-standing member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990. He graduated cum laude from Grove City College in 1984 and cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1989.
